Refund policy

All products sold by Clearspace are digital, downloadable files (PDFs). Because these files can be accessed and downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

- The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise fails to open or print correctly.

- You were charged in error or received the wrong product.

If either of these applies to you, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at chisomndike@gmail.com with your order number, and we will resend the correct file or issue a refund.

Because of the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds simply due to change of mind once a file has been downloaded.
